64North is a Los-Angeles based architecture, interiors, product and urban design practice dedicated to creating more profound connections to the natural world, to our cities and one another, and a shared future. It is led by its founder and design principal Wil Carson.
Wil Carson is an architect whose work builds on his background as a filmmaker, photographer, and creative director, rethinking how we engage the world around us through a synthesis of ecology, economy, and experience.
He holds degrees from Harvard University and UCLA, with additional postgraduate study at Vienna’s Universitat fur Angewandten Kunst, Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan University, Yale, and MIT.
For the decade prior to founding 64North, Carson was the Senior Designer for Michael Maltzan Architecture, where his work was recognized with three Progressive Architecture Awards, fifteen awards from the American Institute of Architects, and won five international design competitions.
